Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kela hair charms; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be returned with the security seal intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the hair jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it in a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned jewellery, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
